4.2 Manage classroom activities

Demonstrate the capacity to organise classroom activities and provide clear directions.

Organisation in the classroom is essential, students need to know what they are learning, how they are learning it, and what they learnt. Or in other words they need an introduction to the topic, including learning intentions, then a mini lesson going into further detail, a task to apply their learning and finally a reflection on what they just learnt.

As you can see in my mentor feedback below I have confidently followed this format and it has now become second nature.
