5.4 Interpret student data

Demonstrate the capacity to interpret student assessment data to evaluate student learning and modify teaching practice.

An example of pre and post assement on student leanring is thorough the use of Essential Assessment for Maths which clearly indicates where students have made growth or remained at the same level. This is also an example of formal data that is shown directly to students and their parents / carers.

This data is can then be used to highlight a particular area to focus in for a learning goal.
