3.4 Select and use resources

Demonstrate knowledge of a range of resources, including ICT, that engage students in their learning.

Selecting and using resources is of course essential as a busy teacher, I am familiar with and have utilised a number of online platforms such Fuse, Twinkl, Teachstarter and Scootle. I have become skilled in quickly ascertaining the quality and usefulness of resources. I have utilised YouTube and Pinterest with great success for student engement. I have also used traditonal book, paper based and manipulative resources that are found in most schools. 

In additon to this I have developed plans to use unconventional resources such the natural  and built school environment to engage students through variety.
